on this page, I will try telling you more about my services and myself. I am 48 years old and come from Detroit, Michigan. I graduated from Dominican High School in 1969 and later worked at The Detroit News. Having met my husband during a summer vacation, I married him and have been living here ever since. It will be 30 years this summer. I often think nostalgically of my homeland, my childhood and the friends I left behind, but have learn to love this country more and more over the years. My husband is Sicilian and is 55, before starting this new work he was a banker. Now, that the children have grown, we decided to do something different with our lives and decided to go into private touring. It's something we love doing, and in this way I can combine my American way of thinking with my love for the beauties and culture of this country. I bet you think why should I trust a complete stranger instead of a travel agent. The only thing, I can say is try us. I can give you references all around the states of persons that have been more than happy with our way of working and have returned. My husband loves driving and having worked all over Sicily, is familiar with all the beaten roads. We have two cars a stationwagon with air-conditioning and a smaller one for parking comfort. The traffic here is worse than New York. My husband and I will pick you up at the airport and go on from there. We have no time limit, if you're not tired neither are we... I know it must seem like your spending more money but if you want to get away from the buses, the waiting, the crowds, you choose what to do, where to go and when, where to eat and in the long run instead of seeing one or two places we see at least twice as much.I like seeing the little things that in my opinion count more. Things that will be impressed in your memory in years to came. From my personal experiences, we can choose restaurants with the best local food at the best prices, the best deals on shopping (jewelry stores, linen shops, and clothes). Each little town tells a story, it has its best pastry shop, and every town has something special in fact when I think I know a place my heart I discover more. Sicily is never ending. This is what I hope to show you, if you are looking for something special, more personal you will be happy with us.
